Odgovor: Hello, we offer two types of super absorbent dressings, one with and one without the Optisil silicone layer. The silicone layer has many holes that allow exudate to pass through to the absorbent core. It can be mildly tacky and slightly adhesive. It is best to secure the dressing in place using a method such as a tubular bandage or a non-adhesive wrap like cohesive.
