Rated: Unrated Format: DVD Exercise & Fitness Editorial Review
Om Yoga Class: Beginner/Intermediate [DVD] offers a unique approach to yoga that's creatively led by Cyndi Lee. This DVD combines fun and form-focused yoga practice, making it accessible for enthusiastic beginners and even engaging for intermediates. The main class is structured as an 80-minute session, featuring a fun warm-up, sun salutes, standing poses, and deep relaxation. While some reviews indicate that the queuing could be improved, many have praised Cyndi's ability to make learning enjoyable, despite certain critiques about the lack of clear instructions for novices. Additionally, the DVD presents various options for different yoga practices, although some users found them repetitive. Overall, it's a solid resource for building a foundational understanding of yoga asanas, accompanied by a playful yet precise teaching style.
