The DIA-GLO Dark Granite product claims to help restore and bring back the shine to granite surfaces, however, it seems to have mixed reviews from customers. While some reviewers such as the person who applied it to their granite countertop and chipped area had good results, others found it to be a waste of money and did not perform as advertised. It appears to work better on automotive finishes than granite and marble surfaces. It is important to note that many customers did not strictly follow the instructions and ended up with mess from the slurry.
