MagDelay 64mg Delayed-Release Magnesium Supplement 60 Count Tablets are a magnesium supplement that helps with leg cramps at night, bone health, sleep health, heart health, immune function, and more. The tablets contain calcium 224 mg, magnesium 128 mg, and chloride 374 mg. Customers are advised to store the tablets in the original container tightly capped, not exposed to humidity, and not kept in the bathroom. However, some customers have noted that the tablets have started to "melt" because the tablets are no longer coated, and the newest formulation is highly sensitive to temperature and humidity. The tablets get wet and soft, which affects their usability. Customers have resorted to vacuum sealing the tablets to keep them dry in the summer. Additionally, some customers have reported that the tablets taste horrid and that they are hard to keep in a pill case since they tend to melt and stick together.
