The Imperia Pasta Maker Machine is a heavy-duty steel Construction pasta maker that is made in Italy. It is adjustable, durable, and can roll out the dough as thin as you want. The machine comes with an instruction booklet that has both recipes and machine usage instructions. Moreover, it also includes an attachment that makes the base, thin dough with flat rollers and has two cutting heads to accept the thin dough to make narrow strips of thin dough in two widths - spaghetti and linguini. This pasta maker can also be used without the cutters to roll dough, giving you a square or oblong of dough. However, from some of the customers' feedback, the machine doesn't seem to anchor to the countertop well due to its design. In addition, the gear has oil in it, which leaks onto the pasta. Some of the customers also complained about the squeaking that the machine makes. Some customers mentioned that it took them a few tries before getting the dough to roll smoothly, but after that, they didn't face any issues.
