The SawStop TSI-SLD Standard Lock Down insert is a great addition for SawStop saws. It is an insert that has a slit for guard mount or riving knife that some zero clearance inserts lack. It works incredibly well for every setup you can imagine. You can easily make a zero clearance 45 insert by setting the blade to 45 and lowering and raising the blade after cutting it. For Dado setup, the insert is still highly functional and works great. You will, however, have to protect yourself because the dust flies around when the dado blades are passed through the insert to size it. It fits the contractor saw well as well as older CB models, PCS and CNS Model Saws.
