The Redmond RMC-M23A is a versatile multi-cooker. It has a yogurt making function and can bake yeast bread. There is a steam tray included allowing for easy steaming of vegetables. Although it doesn't cook under pressure, it still does a great job. The temperature range is 95 F to 340 F. The clock can be set up by pressing and holding the hour/min button. There have been a few issues experienced, such as half of the controls not working, the product not working after 6 days of use and the turn button potentially failing. However, the vast majority have had a great experience with the product, finding it to be fast and simple with amazing cooking results. The recipe book is also a plus.
