Question:
Can you use both sides of these? Would they be suitable as sunbed cushions?
Answer: Yes you can use either side. Ours is often used outside though so it’s helpful to have a “wrong” side that’s grubbier. -
Question:
Can this fit into an average sized backpack? There is a yoga class near my uni that starts right after I'm done with class.
Answer: Not a change the mat is around an inch and a half thick and around 6ft long and folds into three, you'd definitely need one big rucksack. -
Question:
Is this ok to do head over heels on?
Answer: Not really. My 7 year old attempts to do this and her feet land off the mat at the far side. -
Question:
How much does it compress when standing on it in inches/centimeters?
Answer: I think it depends on who’s standing on it. I bought it for my 6 year old grandson to practice his gymnastics, and it hardly compresses at all. -
Question:
Is this mat good for gym exercise (i.e. abs exercise) or will it be too firm?
Answer: Probably too firm for gym exercise. This is more for cartwheels etc. -
Question:
Is this mat heavy to carry? I can't carry too much and want to take it to a yoga class.
Answer: The mat isn't heavy to carry. With a mat this big I would easily transport it from room to room using the handles thanks to the folding design. If I need to transport it to the gym then a car would be more appropriate as it is still big and bulky. Very practical for storage and use either at home or the gym. -

Does it have a Velcro to connect to the other mats?
Answer: No, it’s connected by the material it’s made of. -

Answer: 180cm length, 60cm width, and 6cm thick.
