The 3 Point Products Polycentric Hinged Ulnar Deviation Splint is a helpful tool in managing ulnar deviation caused by RA or Osteo. The splint is available in four different sizes - XS, SM, MD, and LG. One can determine their size by laying their hand flat and measuring the width across the hand from the 2nd to 5th MP (the large knuckles). The product may restrict little finger mobility to some extent but will generally allow enough finger movement to play piano. The splint is covered in fabric but has wires underneath that are supposed to hold fingers in place. However, some customers have found them uncomfortable and not fixed finger accurately. Despite being useful for some, others find it challenging to type with it on.
