It is recommended to use a 14-gauge cord with this blower and gutter cleaning kits are available as a separate purchase. It cannot be used on 220v. The product is heavier than one pound and it will likely move some wet yard debris, but maybe not all. The blower is highly effective in moving 3-feet high leaf piles. Some customers also recommend the TORO 51621 UltraPlus for leaf blowing.
